The 2˚Beyond team have experience working at Senior Executive and Board Levels, facilitating and tutoring on Leadership Development programmes in the UK and worldwide to Public Sector, Private Sector and Third Sector organisations. On the education side we have designed and delivered bespoke Personal & Leadership development programmes to all year groups in secondary education settings. 2˚Beyond has also been successful in introducing a re-engagement programme for disaffected Year 10 students.
