Founded by the visionary Duncan Kenny and staffed by a motivating crew, 2°beyond provides bespoke leadership development services that never lose sight of our clients’ objectives. From increasing an individual’s self-confidence to improving an organisation’s teamwork, from motivating school pupils to inspiring a new generation of leaders, 2°beyond are experts at tailoring our leadership development programmes to work for you.

2 Degrees Beyond was founded to provide personal development programmes that are designed for long-term personal growth. 2°beyond don’t provide quick-fix team building programmes for organisations, nor outward-bound adventure weeks for schools; we provide tailored personal development programmes for individuals, organisations and schools that increase self-awareness, improve self control, add to self-confidence and provide our clients with the chance to reach their full potential for the future.

We have had great success working with the pupils of Plymouth High School, Devon. Our latest project involves a class of Year 10 students, who are working on a range of tasks linked to Duncan’s expedition to the North Pole. These tasks include producing a high calorie snack bar, designing a fitness programme, creating a website for the expedition news and contacting companies for sponsorship. Each task requires the students to acquire and utilise a new range of skills that they wouldn’t normally have the chance to learn – and the pupils have had great triumph so far, raising £500 sponsorship from SSG Training and Consultancy.
